Accessing Studio:

To login on desktop go to studio.coachiq.io

Form Submissions

To access form submissions go to Sites -> Forms -> Form Submissions.

You can toggle between forms if you have multiple.

Contacts

If you have a contact list from a previous website service download the CSV file and send [email protected]. All forms submitted from your site will automatically add the data to your contact list. 

Lead Connector App

1. Download the Lead Connector app at the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Login using your Studio credentials

If you do not have a business number and want to add one, please e-mail [email protected].

Accounts that have a business phone number will have a 'text to train' automation built in. This means that every new contact that texts your number will be asked to fill out a quick form before connecting with you directly. This data will automatically populate your contact list.

What phone number is being used?

We have added a new business phone number to your account that can be used to contact new leads or current customers.

Where can I find my phone number?

On the mobile app, you can press the yellow call button on the home screen. You will see the phone number in the upper right-hand corner.

Can I make phone calls using this number?

Yes! You can make phone calls on both the Lead Connector App and on desktop at Studio.coachiq.io. You can also set up an auto text for missed calls by going to Settings -> Business Info -> Click the checkbox 'Enable missed call text back' -> and be sure to save! Lastly, you can upload a voicemail box message under settings -> Business Info -> Upload.

Is my personal or business email connected?

No. When you send emails or mass marketing emails you can add your email and name as the sender and it will be masked by our mailgun services. Mailgun allows you to send as many emails a day and those emails go through a verification service ensuring they won't be tagged as spam. If you add your own email you will only be able to send up to 100 emails a day. If you still wish to connect your email go to studio.coachiq.io on desktop -> Settings -> SMTP & Mailgun Service Tab -> Add service.
