1. Website Form

To get started you will complete a from going over your business model, design preferences, and content needed to best design your site.

The form will take 15-20 minutes to complete and we recommend completing it on desktop for the best experience.

1.1 Domain + Management

If you don't own a domain yet, we will send the best options for you to choose from and secure it through GoDaddy.

If you do own your domain name and purchased through:

• WIX
• Squarespace
• Or another website service

We will need to transfer your domain out to GoDaddy. We recommend sending Studio your login information so that we can complete the transfer for you. If you prefer to do it yourself, you will need to unlock your domain and send Studio the transfer code.

If you own your domain through a hosting service such as:

• Namecheap
• Bluehost
• Domains
• etc

Please send the login information to Studio to connect the correct DNS records.

If you own your own domain through:

• Godaddy

You will need to give studio.coachiq.io delegate access. This will allow us to easily access your DNS records to connect your domain.

FAQ

How long will it take to transfer my domain?

Domain transfers can take up to 7 days. We start this process at the beginning of your V1. However, sometimes it can take longer for the following reasons:

• The domain was just transferred to your current registrar. Newly transferred domains cannot be transferred to another domain registrar until 60 days after the original transfer date, also per ICANN's policy.
• The domain expired before the transfer was initiated
• The email address listed in the Whois directory is not valid.

Will my website be down during the transfer process?

No. Your current site will still be active during the process.

2. Uploading Photo + Video Content

The day after we receive your form submission, you will receive a GoogleDrive link where you can upload photos and video content. Please upload your logo and at least one image of yourself and 3+ of your training.

If you have testimonials please send us a link to your current site if applicable or add all to GoogleDrive document.

3. Version 1

The first version of your site will be sent within 7-10 days upon completion of the website form. At this time it is important to upload content to your GoogleDrive and reach out with any design preferences for your site.

Receiving Your V1

Once you receive V1 be sure to view it on both mobile and desktop! You can send back written feedback in one e-mail or send a Loom reviewing the site. If you have questions regarding the flow of the site or integrating CoachIQ you can schedule Office Hours Here.

FAQ

Do I have to pay for Loom?

No, the first 25 5-minute videos are free. If you run out of storage you can delete previous videos to clear up space.

Why is there Latin (unknown language) and/or Stock images on my site?

These are sections that we didn't get enough information from you and suggest filling out for V2. You can type up a document with the text you'd like to add or film a Loom going over this information. The same goes for Stock images, if you haven't uploaded images to your GoogleDrive folder we will add stock images as placeholders. You can upload photo and video content along the process, but be sure to let us know in your V1 or V2 review if you have done so.

What is the 'Member Login' tab?

The Member Login tab is where you're CoachIQ login will be linked. Anytime a new customer signs up for a package or course they can log in directly on your site. The link will replace the COMING SOON page once your CoachIQ site is ready to go!

4. Version 2

Once we receive your Version 1 feedback we will complete an updated version within 1-3 days. You will have the option to send your final edits before going live. It's important to note that we can always make updates after the fact, but it's important to get your site live so that you can begin collecting leads!

5. Go Live!

The final edits will be completed and your domain will be connected!
